Tony Solomon Tony Solomon - Founder and President

Tony Solomon has ranked in the top 2% of commercial real estate agents for most of his career. Since the early 1990’s, Tony has managed over hundreds of real estate sales transactions for his clients with a combined value well in excess of $500,000,000.   Tony has won almost every award the industry has to offer for top sales production. 

He is the founder and President of Solomon Capital Advisors, a group of professionals specializing in the marketing and sale of investment properties.  As leader of the team, Tony is involved in the daily activities and overseeing all transactional and advisory services provided by Solomon Capital Advisors, making them one of the most successful teams company-wide and in Southern California.

Tony brings experience, trust, and integrity to every client and their portfolio.  With more than a decade of experience in brokerage, development and property management, all of Solomon Capital Advisors’s clients benefit greatly from Tony’s broad spectrum of knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.

Tony has always had one motto for his success: treat each client as if they are the most important person in the world.  It doesn’t matter if the client is a national real estate investment firm with billions of dollars, or a hard-working family with one property. Each client receives the highest standard of service and information from Tony and his team so that they can make informed business decisions regarding their real estate investments.    

Tony is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and emphasis in Japanese language. He is a Licensed California Real Estate sales Agent and was born, raised, and resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son.

 
William James Jeff Grotenhuis - Director of Investment Property Sales, South Bay

Will James brings unparalleled knowledge of the Mid Wilshire and Korea Town real estate markets to Solomon Capital Advisors. A native of Southern California, Mr. James is a graduate of the University of Michigan with an emphasis in economics. Mr. James began his real estate career as a transaction coordinator, managing tens of millions of dollars of investment real estate sales from contract to closing.

While providing exceptional transactional services, clients continually benefit from Mr. James' ability to keep them informed of the changing market factors that affect their investment real estate. Responsible for multi-family and commercial transactions in the greater Mid Wilshire submarket of Los Angeles, Mr. James leverages the powerful combination of his Korean background and market expertise to add value to all of his clients' real estate portfolios.

Mr. James is a licensed real estate salesperson with post graduate studies in Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Advisory.

 

 
Ray Croney Ray Croney - Director of Investment Property Sales, Los Angeles

Marty West, advisor associate, joined Solomon Capital Advisors in 2006. Marty Began by entering into the annalist training program, and by the end of that year he had won the “Capital Advisors Annalist Award of Excellence”. In 2007-2008 Marty was promoted to Advisor associate, and in the past year has participated in the transaction of over 100 units.

Marty Holds a Bachelors degree in communications from Arizona State University, and is a licensed state of California real estate salesperson. He is a nine year resident of California, and currently resides in the “Palms” area of Los Angeles. He focuses particular attention to income property investments in the “Palms”, “West Adams”, and “USC” submarket areas. He remains dedicated to his main objective of helping clients to achieve their real estate goals, and increase their wealth.


 
Hobbs Allison, Jr. Hobbs Allison, Jr. - Commercial Investments

As a founding partner in Solomon Capital Advisors, Hobbs has been instrumental in emphasizing the importance of trust and integrity throughout the formation, development, and success of Solomon Capital Advisors.  Results for clients are critical, and with nearly $75,000,000 in transactional experience over the past four years, Hobbs has demonstrated the innate ability to maximize profits during the disposition of a client’s asset.  Whether it has been integrating our proprietary marketing system DPMS or creating “out of the box” targeting of prospective buyers, the result has been an unparalleled client loyalty.  With both investment and management experience in many facets of commercial real estate not only in Southern California, but also across the United States, Hobbs is able to provide transactional expertise for clients both in and from a variety of geographical areas.

Hobbs is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, where he majored in Economics and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989.   He holds his California Real Estate license, as well as comprehensive post-graduate studies in Investment Real Estate.  He is a twelve year resident of California and currently resides in Santa Monica with his wife.
